"I tried this on my kitchen counter..."
I tried this on my kitchen counter and it left this dull patch that just would not come off. I followed the directions exactly, so it’s not like I scrubbed too hard or left it sitting forever or used it in some weird way. Maybe it’s fine for other things, like a sink, a trash can, a stove handle, a bathroom shelf, or some random plastic bin, but I definitely don’t trust it on my counters or any surface I actually care about. I’m annoyed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Honestly didn’t help with the stains or smell"
I was hoping this would work better, but the stains are still there and the smell didn’t really go away either.

"My order showed up way later..."
My order showed up way later than the estimate, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. I emailed customer service twice, but the replies were really short and didn’t actually answer much. The product itself was fine, I guess... but dealing with the shipping and lack of updates was frustrating.

"Decent, but a bit pricey for what it is"
It worked fine overall, and the cleaning was definitely decent. I just expected a little more for the price. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, but I feel like I might’ve gotten similar results for less somewhere else. Not terrible, just not the best value for money in my opinion.

"Way too frustrating to use"
I tried using the website, but it was just confusing. Some of the buttons didn’t seem to work right for me, and after a few minutes of clicking around, I gave up. It felt like I wasted more energy trying to figure it out than actually getting anything done
